 SmartPDF is a built-in module which performs fast transformation of incoming PDF files into batch of images. For processing it is necessary to add PDF-file into the project, SmartCapture will then automatically do a recognition, processing and exporting of that file. If the exporter is set to Searchable PDF then it is possible to do fast transformation of common PDF image files into PDF files with text (searchable PDF). |

| During the transformation, SmartCapture precisely saves original structure of PDF file even if the file contains tables, images and diagrams. |
| Separation of images in PDF SmartPDF has possibility to separate images in PDF and form them into single images. SmartPDF doesn’t require prior scanning; it works with already existing documents and doesn’t convert them into PDF format at the output. |

| Original structure During conversion of documents SmartPDF saves base structure of documents folder, it means that you can be confident in saving the folder tree structure during export of transformed files. |
